The story follows Maracuda, the son of a tribal chief, who cannot become a warrior. He ventures into the forest to prove himself, discovers a magical alien bird named Ding Ding, and accidentally shrinks his father into a tiny creature. Maracuda and Ding Ding must embark on an adventure to reverse the curse, learn responsibility, and discover themselves.
