In Taipei in 1961, criminal police Zhao Ziwu and reporter Zhang Xiuxiu discovered a dismembered female corpse in a pond near Xinsheng South Road. The two formed a temporary partnership. Amidst nationwide enthusiasm and media sensationalism, they tried to find clues. Unexpectedly, Zhao Ziwu's father, General Zhao Zhisheng, was involved and accused of being an accomplice in the dismemberment case. How should the two, who vowed to clear Zhao Zhisheng's name, solve the mystery and find the truth?
