For Stéphanie, an investigator at France's General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN, the body responsible for overseeing the police), Case No. 137 initially appears to be just another routine investigation. However, an unexpected element begins to haunt Stéphanie, transforming the case from a mere number into something far more significant.
